UnitFusion Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") governs your purchase and use of the UnitFusion unit converter script ("Product"). By purchasing or downloading the Product, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use UnitFusion on one domain or project only.

You may:

• Use the Product in personal or commercial websites or applications.
• Modify the source code for personal or internal use.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the script in whole or in part.
• Offer the script as part of a SaaS or online generator without explicit written permission.
• Claim the script or any part of its source code as your own intellectual property.

2. No Refund Policy

Since UnitFusion is a digital product with full source code delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed the live demo and documentation prior to purchase.
• You understand the technical requirements for installing and running the script (e.g., PHP 7.2+ environment).
• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including compatibility issues, lack of technical knowledge, or changes of mind.

3. Support

We provide free, limited installation support for first-time setup. This includes assistance with basic installation and configuration issues.

However, support does not include:

• Custom modifications or feature requests.
• Server or hosting environment troubleshooting unrelated to the script.
• Training or step-by-step code editing assistance.

Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis, usually within 1–3 business days.

4. Disclaimer

5. Legal

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate any terms in this agreement. Unauthorized redistribution or resale will result in legal action.
